Building Permits
No building or structure may be erected, moved, added to, or structurally altered without a permit from the Building Inspector — here's how to get one.
Three requirements
Before you apply

Your project must comply with the Wartrace Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.

All fees must be paid before the permit is issued.
- 3
A plot or site plan, drawn to scale and showing the zoning classification, must accompany the application.

What your site plan must show
Residential (4 units or fewer)
- Lot shape, location, and dimensions
- Existing and proposed building shapes, sizes, and locations
- Intended use and number of dwelling units
- Anything else needed to confirm zoning compliance
Non-residential
- Lot shape, location, and dimensions
- Existing and proposed building shapes, sizes, and locations
