Traffic court is held at Town Hall every other month, always on a Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.

With court costs and the litigation fee, most tickets total between $158.75 and $198.75 depending on the violation.
Paying in advance is a guilty plea — prepaid tickets are reported to the state. If you want to contest a citation, appear in court instead.
First-offender policy:non-CDL drivers with a clean history may be offered 60 days' probation in place of a conviction. Non-CDL drivers may also request one continuance.
