Pay a Bill
Two kinds of bills, two portals — pick the right one and you're done in a minute.
Portal one
Water & sewer bills
Bills go out the last day of the month and are due by the 12th. Pay online below, or skip the fee entirely with ACH autopay — enrolled customers' bills read “ACH — do not pay.”
Portal two
Town invoices
Everything that isn't water or sewer: citations, property taxes, building permit fees, and other invoices directed to the Town of Wartrace.
The portals are separate systems — if you pay both water bills and other town bills online, you'll need two NexBillPay accounts. NexBillPay charges a service fee on card payments.
Tips for the sign-up form:
- Use the address associated with your bill when creating the account.
- For card payments, the billing address must match your bank's records.
- Enter the expiration date as MM/YY and the 3-digit CVV from the card back.
