Billing & payment
Utility bills go out on the last day of each month and are due by the 12th. Payments after the 12th incur a penalty, and service is subject to disconnection three days past the due date.
Pay online, by mail, in person at Town Hall, or through the night deposit box (please, no cash in the deposit box — the department can't be responsible for it). Better yet, set up ACH autopay and never think about it again: bills for enrolled customers read “ACH — do not pay.”

Reconnection fees must be paid in cash or money order, with receipt required.
Water where it shouldn't be
Leak adjustments
The department allows one leak adjustment per year, calculated from a six-month average that includes the leak month. Found a leak? Report it to Town Hall at (931) 389-6144.
